Trump’s son shares dad’s ‘Salt Bae’ meme on Independence Day

US President Donald Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr took to Instagram to celebrate Independence Day by sharing an image of his father similar to the ‘Salt Bae’ meme. The photoshopped meme featured Trump sprinkling red, white and blue stars. “Sprinkling a bit of freedom for all of us”, Trump Jr wrote in the caption.

4th of July is celebrated as Independence Day in the United States, It is a federal holiday in the country. On this day in 1776, the state declared their Independence against the Britishers. The Continental Congress declared the 13 American Colonies themselves as a new nation, and they were no longer the part of British Empire. The Independence was actually voted on 2nd July i.e. two days earlier.

The Independence day is the National Day of the United States and people celebrate it in their own styles, family reunions, concerts, baseball games, fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, and political speeches are organized along with public and private events to celebrate the history of the Nation.

Legal separation of the of the Thirteen Colonies from Great Britain actually occurred on 2nd July 1776, during the American Revolution. Then Richard Henry Lee of Virginia declared the United States independent from Great Britain’s rule in June and the Second Continental Congress voted to approve a resolution of independence. After that, a committee of five, with Thomas Jefferson as its principal author prepared a statement for the Declaration of Independence. Congress revised and debated the date of the Declaration, and finally approved it two days later i.e. 4th of July.

2nd of July, 1776 will be the most memorable period in the history of America. It is believed that the day reunites the people of the state and the coming generation will celebrate it as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be remembered as the day of liberation, by solemn acts of worship to God Almighty. The day was celebrated with pomp and parade, games, sports, guns, illuminations, bonfires, and shows everywhere in the country and will be celebrated with lots more passion and joy every coming time.
